Bayonne New Jersey Things To Do

One of the highlights of my last trip to France was a visit to the Basque town of Bayonne for five reasons: it is a beautiful city with a vibrant culture, good food and a great place to visit.

Bayonne, New Jersey is largely residential and there is still much to discover, but it is more suburban than other nearby areas. If you're feeling extra fast - witty or have a love of puzzles - try your hand at an escape room located 30 minutes from Bayonne NJ. There are no other parking options I can consider if you want something cheap, so behave in the parking lot, which is easy to do in Bayonyne.

This park is worth a day trip as it is just a short walk from the New York subway station and a bit of a walk. You can also get off at Belmar Station and catch the NJ Transit train or simply catch a PATH train to Manhattan. The Airlink shuttle will pick you up from LaGuardia / Newark Airport and take you to Bayonne (see AirlinksNYC.com). Depending on the train, you can take Uber or Lyft to the airport, get off and take a taxi to your destination (or take another taxi if you want to take the train) or just take it yourself.

You can also catch the NJ Transit train and get off at Asbury Park station, located on Cookman Avenue. There is also a bus service to Seaside Park from Bayonne / Newark Airport, but let the driver know that he should continue to Seaside Park on summer weekends.

This is available daily throughout the year, but also throughout the year and after Christmas. This is possible on weekends and summer weekends, as well as on weekends in July and August.

The North Jersey Coast Line runs from Hoboken Terminal to Cape Liberty, and departures to Bayonne Terminal and the Hudson River Bridge. CapeLiberty is also home to one of New Jersey's most popular tourist attractions, the Statue of Liberty and a few other attractions.

If you prefer to spend your day outdoors, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Hudson River, the Statue of Liberty and the New York City skyline. The best way to get around is to catch the Staten Island Ferry, which takes you across the river to Manhattan for free.

In summer, guests can kayak for free at Hoboken Cove Boathouse or cruise through Bayonne Park and Recreation Center, just blocks from the New Jersey State Fairgrounds. You can take the PATH Rapid Transit system from Manhattan to Jersey City and Hobakenes, then you need to change to a PATH train to Manhattan or take a light rail from Bayonne and walk to the NJ Hudson - Bergen light rail. PATH connects Hobken to Jersey City and it is free to walk or bike to and from New York City. The PATH Connections route connects Hoboken and Jersey City, but you can also change trains in Manhattan and take the Hudson and Ber gen Light Rail from Bayonets or Jersey Cities.

If you are travelling with your family and want to spend a nice day outdoors, there are few destinations that can be compared to Bayonne Park.

The park houses the historic NJ Terminal on the Central Railroad, which is located at the northern end and was closed during Hurricane Sandy. Located in the heart of Bayonne, New Jersey's second largest city, the park offers views of the New York City skyline, including the Statue of Liberty. We have a jogging and cycling trail that crosses the park and continues to Bayonne and other communities.

If you're planning a cruise in Bayonne, New Jersey, hop on the New York City Line of the New Jersey Central Railroad. Take a trip to the Statue of Liberty, the Hudson River or even the Jersey Shore to really add value to your vacation.

If that's the case, you might find a new place worth a short trip, drive 41 minutes to Bayonne, New York for Bookends. Hudson Hall is a great place to stop off if you want to hop in the beer garden. If you have forgotten your favourite book at home and you want something new, try it with a book

This place is too nice to enjoy with a glass of wine or beer in the beer garden or even with a beer and a book at the bar.

Point Pleasant Beach is located on Garden State Parkway at Exit 98, from where you can take the Hoboken light rail to Asbury Park. Is away from exit 102. Belmar is located at Exit 98 and is accessible via the Port Authority of New York and the New Jersey Transit (NJ Transit) light rail. Point Pleasant Island: On the Jersey Shore Parkway, exit 99, Bel Mar is located near exit 96 and can be accessed by the PATH train or the New Brunswick Light Rail. From there, take the Light Rail to Newark and then take Exit 97 to Port Newark.
